Solidarity took center stage on Saturday, July 4, as more than 200 people took part in a charity run aimed at raising funds for humanitarian aid programs in Venezuela.



The initiative, organized by Fundación Costa Este in collaboration with Bastian Beach and Running Club BCN, brought together participants committed to a shared mission: turning every kilometer into an opportunity to support people facing vulnerable circumstances.



Registration fees and donations collected during the event raised a total of €4,300. As part of its ongoing commitment to social impact, Fundación Costa Este matched that amount, doubling the funds raised and bringing the final donation to €8,600.



he donation was presented to Xavier Fontova, representative of the Spanish Red Cross, to support the organization’s humanitarian assistance programs in Venezuela.
The event highlighted the power of collective action and demonstrated how sport can become a meaningful force for positive social change. The strong turnout and the commitment shown by every participant reflected the community’s willingness to come together for an important cause.
Fundación Costa Este extends its sincere gratitude to everyone who took part, as well as to the partner organizations and supporters who helped make this charitable initiative possible.
