One month after the launch of Boris, we lift the curtain slightly to reveal the story behind its identity. Because although it may seem like a spontaneous brand at first glance, the truth is that nothing was left to chance.
Every color, every shape, every word and every decision was carefully crafted to convey the essence of a new club concept within Grupo Costa Este: a brand with purpose, a universe under construction, with character and personality that is only just beginning to take shape.
The reason behind Boris
The name “Boris” was born as a nod to its location on Bori i Fontestà street, but also as a way to give the space its own identity and soul.
“We wanted a short, strong, memorable name with a touch of mystery, as if the club itself were a character. It’s not just about entering a venue, but about entering Boris: an experience where technology, music and emotion merge into the same pulse,” explains Jorge Bordas, one of the leaders of the project.

It’s not just a symbol; it’s an invitation. It represents access to a hidden, selective and carefully designed world for those who appreciate nightlife from a different perspective.
A key that doesn’t open a physical door, but an atmosphere.



To understand how this iconic image was born, we spoke with David, graphic designer at Costa Este, who has shaped the Boris universe from his very first sketch.
“Creating Boris’ brand identity, in collaboration with the Marketing team, was a truly fascinating challenge. Fusing classical and elegant worlds with more modern and alternative ones allowed me to explore a wide range of graphic resources that, when combined, gave life to a vibrant, mysterious and contemporary brand.”


David explains that one of the biggest challenges was finding the balance between the classic and the technological, between the aura of a private club and the energetic, futuristic spirit that Boris promises.
This is why the brand was built as a living system, ready to evolve through events, light installations, digital pieces and multisensory experiences.
Once the design phase was completed, in September construction began to bring everything developed to life.

If the name, identity and concept of Boris build its personality, lighting is undoubtedly the soul that brings it to life. From the very beginning, Grupo Costa Este knew that the new club had to breathe a distinctive, unique, almost cinematic atmosphere.
To achieve this, they trusted Futur2, specialists in scenographic interior design and sensory experiences, resulting in a space where design goes beyond aesthetics and becomes a creator of emotions.
Lighting becomes the guiding thread that accompanies the music, the audience and the club’s own story.
